Mr. Walter "J.R." Brooks, is an accomplished music producer, professional musician, and audio engineer. Mr. Brooks holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, a B.S. in Audio Engineering from Full Sail University, and a M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He has had the opportunity to work with many big names as well as independent artists, both in the studio and in live concerts. He wants students to take advantage of new technologies, while still understanding the invaluable knowledge assessable from industry veterans. Mr. Brooks believes in creating a collaborative and innovative environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential, where great music, great minds, and great energy meet.

Theatre has always been a passion for Mrs. April O'Bryant-Harris, as she matriculated through the school system in Miami- Dade County; She was afforded the opportunity to attend various performing arts schools with a heavy concentration on Theatre. Upon receiving a full scholarship, she attended the illustrious Florida A&M University, where she received a B.S. in Theatre Education. Immediately after graduation, Mrs. O'bryant-Harris began her teaching career at Miami- Dade County Public Schools. As a professional actress and educator, she realized the Arts provide a vehicle for many children to relate to the world around them, to release emotional energy and to explore creativity. It’s her professional goal to facilitate a classroom climate where students are allowed to explore their own creativity without the stress of creating a perfect product. When students’ attention is focused on creativity, learning becomes unlimited and fun.
